By using this website, submitting a service request, or engaging Waxahachie Insulation to perform any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Waxahachie Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Waxahachie, TX and surrounding areas, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related insulation work. All services are subject to our availability and the specific scope of work agreed upon in a written estimate.
Written estimates provided by Waxahachie Insulation are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from those present during the estimate - for example, unexpected damage, pest infestation, or structural issues that were not visible or disclosed before work began. We will notify you of any scope changes before proceeding and will not perform additional work without your authorization.
Estimates and quotes provided verbally or via email are not binding contracts. A signed written agreement or signed work order is required before work begins.
Scheduled appointments are confirmed by our office. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which we will communicate to you in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, crew availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you promptly if we need to change your appointment.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards. Financing or payment plans, if available, will be described in a separate written agreement.
Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Texas law. You are responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by Waxahachie Insulation to collect an unpaid balance.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the scope of work needed. You are responsible for clearing access to the work areas (attic hatches, crawl space entry points, etc.) before the crew arrives unless otherwise arranged.
For spray foam insulation jobs, you and all occupants and pets must vacate the premises during installation and for the re-entry period specified by the installer. Failure to vacate as directed is done at your own risk.
Waxahachie Insulation warrants its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion, provided the installation was performed in accordance with the agreed scope of work and manufacturer specifications. Materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which will be disclosed to you.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, fire, pest activity, unauthorized modifications, structural movement, or normal wear and tear.
Except as stated above, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waxahachie Insulation's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Waxahachie Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or property damage not directly caused by our actions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If a dispute arises between you and Waxahachie Insulation relating to our services or these terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally by reaching out to us at hi@insulationwaxahachie.com or (469) 548-7808.
If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Texas.
